InnerGear offers a refund policy on our personal downloads for subliminal titles:

Our titles normally activate within 2 - 3 weeks after the user has started a program. We will honor refund requests up to 40 days after the date of purchase for all first time buyers who purchase up to 2 titles. If you aren't sure whether our programs are for you then try one or two of our titles and see for yourself... you can do this knowing that your investment is secure!

Whether you provide information to InnerGear for our newsletter or during the ordering process on our 100% secure server, we protect your privacy. InnerGear does not sell, trade or share any personal information about our members and customers.
